SCC-300-FCC/SCC-310-FCC Fan Coil Terminal Unit Controller
A flexible, feature-rich but cost-effective solution for any packaged
two-pipe or four-pipe fan coil unit application. The SCC-300-FCC/SCC-310-FCC
maintains constant zone temperature by configurable, energy-efficient,
sequenced control of supply fan, heating source and cooling source.
- Configurable resistive inputs for space temperature or supply
air temperature (required) with/without bypass button and any
four of: setpoint adjust, fan, filter, window and occupancy sensors
- Digital and analog outputs simplify connecting to a variety
of digital, floating and analog-controlled actuators
- Optimize energy usage with optimum start, demand limiting and
occupied/unoccupied/standby setpoints
- Side loop provides independent control using spare inputs and
outputs for simple HVAC applications
- Use spare outputs for secondary heat control
