SCC-300-RTC/SCC-310-RTC Rooftop AC Terminal Unit Controller

A flexible, feature-rich but cost-effective solution for any packaged rooftop AC unit application. The SCC-300-RTC/SCC-310-RTC maintains a constant zone temperature by configurable, energy-efficient, sequenced control of supply fan, heating source, cooling source and optional mixed air damper and exhaust air damper or fan.

• Configurable resistive inputs for space temperature or supply air temperature (required) with/without bypass button and any four of: mixed air temperature, setpoint adjust, fan, filter, window and occupancy sensors

• Configurable analog input for CO₂-based demand control ventilation or dehumidification control

• Five digital outputs simplify connecting with standard rooftop unit five-wire interface

• Side loop provides independent control using spare inputs and outputs for simple HVAC applications
