SCC-300-UVC/SCC-310-UVC Unit Ventilator Terminal Unit Controller

A flexible, feature-rich but cost-effective solution for any packaged two-pipe or four-pipe unit ventilator application.

The SCC-300-UVC/SCC-310-UVC maintains constant zone temperature by configurable, energy-efficient, sequenced control of supply fan, heating source, cooling source and optional mixed air damper and exhaust air damper or fan.

• Configurable resistive inputs for space temperature or supply air temperature (required) with/without bypass button and any four of: mixed air temperature, setpoint adjust, fan, filter, window and occupancy sensors

• Configurable analog input for CO₂-based demand control ventilation or dehumidification control

• Digital and analog outputs simplify connecting to a variety of digital, floating and analog-controlled actuators

• Side loop provides independent control using spare inputs and outputs for simple HVAC applications

• Optimize energy usage with optimum start, demand limiting and occupied/unoccupied/standby setpoints
